Mt. Diablo Mustang Soccer is a community-based, competitive club for players ages 7-19. With guaranteed playing time, qualified coaching, and a proven pathway through Mustang Soccer and AYSO, we help every athlete reach their potential in an affordable, inclusive environment where players thrive on and off the field.

At Mt. Diablo Mustang Soccer, we build our program around what players and parents actually want from a competitive club. Years of listening have shaped these core principles:

guaranteed playing time

No player develops sitting on the bench. Every fit player gets a minimum of 50% playing time in every game, and our smaller rosters mean even more time on the field.

Soccer is the world’s most popular sport because it’s accessible. Our all-inclusive season fees keep competitive play affordable for every family — see our current fee schedule below. Uniforms are a separate cost, refreshed every two seasons.

Player Development

Fun and Skill Development: A positive, engaging environment where players keep learning and improving, whatever their long-term goals. Qualified Coaching: Experienced coaches who teach the game well, give real feedback, and push players toward their potential. Training: A minimum of two outdoor sessions per week, plus one indoor session weather permitting.

Character Development

Sportsmanship and Respect: Fair play and respect for teammates, opponents, parents, coaches, and referees. Teamwork: Working toward a common goal and supporting each other, on and off the field. Discipline and Work Ethic: Building the dedication and effort it takes to keep improving.

Community

Inclusivity: A culture that welcomes players of every background and ability level. Community Involvement: Strong relationships with local organizations and a real sense of belonging, on and off the pitch. Proud member of Mustang Soccer and AYSO Area 2C.

Making Competitive Soccer Affordable

We aim to make participation affordable for all families.

  • $1,850 Year Round Season Fees (plus credit card processing fee)
  • No additional team fees required
  • Season fees include leagues, State Cup & 3 extra tournaments
  • $240 Nike Uniform fees (every two seasons)
  • Season and flexible payment options available

All Inclusive Season 2026-27 Fees

$1,850 / Player

A competitive season fee that includes tournament entries

  • USSF Qualified Head Coach

  • 2 Outdoor Practices Per Week

  • 1 Indoor Practice Session Per Week

  • Club, NorCal & State Cup Registration Fees

  • Fields, Referee Fees, Insurance

  • Up to 3 Tournament Entries, including College Showcases where applicable

  • NPL players pay an additional $150 per season

  • 8U Academy fee $1,000 per player

  • Fall Only Program $950 per player, including up to 2 tournaments

Uniforms

$240 / Player

Nike uniforms are branded with Mustang Soccer badges.

  • Nike red home jersey, shorts and socks

  • Nike white away jersey, white/black shorts and white socks

  • Nike training sweater and training shirt

  • Nike backpack

  • Returning players do not require new uniform items each season.

Anyone can register to tryout with Mt Diablo Mustang Soccer. There are no geographical restrictions.
