All registration fees are non-refundable. Registering for a team is a commitment to participate in the full 12-month season (e.g., Fall league, Spring League, State Cup, and all other leagues, tournaments, and events). Registration fees may be paid in full at registration or may be paid in installments; however, this is not a month-to-month membership and all registration fees are due in full immediately upon registration regardless of the payment terms selected. Mt. Diablo Mustang is a non-profit organization under American Youth Soccer Organization. Many expenses are paid and/or contracted by the Club in advance of the season, including, but not limited to, equipment, field rentals, league and tournament fees, administration, and independent contractors.

Parent/Legal Guardian/Player decisions not to participate after they have registered for a team is not grounds for a refund. No refunds shall be provided under these circumstances. However, should a player become injured, move out of the area, or if you desire to submit a hardship application based on other events, you may contact the club treasurer at info@mtdiablomustangsoccer.com to request further consideration. Decisions on such hardship requests are made solely at the discretion of Mt. Diablo Mustang and are non-appealable.

If you choose to pay registration fees in installments, the total registration fee must be paid in full pursuant to the terms of the payment plan selected and no later than the end of the installment plan. Any player whose fees are not timely paid will have their player card revoked and will not be permitted to play in any games or participate in practices with their team until their fees are brought current or other arrangements are made with the Club.

Any parent who is paying for their child on an automatic payment plan, hereby explicitly authorizes the Club to continue charging their credit/debit card for the remainder of the payment plan should that player leave the Club for any reason, unless a refund of registration fees has been authorized by the Club.

In some cases, we may need to delay the start of the season for the Club or a team. This may be due to teams needing more time to complete their rosters, practice or playing facilities being closed or having schedule conflicts and a myriad other reasons. We reserve the right to delay the season. Delayed season starts are not grounds for a refund.

Should Norcal Premier Soccer or another governing entity cancel league, State Cup, or other play in its entirety, players will be provided a pro-rata credit as and in an amount determined solely in the discretion of Mt. Diablo Mustang to be used for a future season. Such decisions are non-appealable.

Falling behind on a payment plan will result in temporary suspension of playing privileges until payment is made.

Parents have an obligation to pay the Club Fees due for each of their children who are registered to participate in a competitive team at Mt. Diablo Mustang. In the event that a payment is missed for Registration fees the following procedures will be taken:

1. Parents will be notified daily of the missed payment
2. Once a payment is 15 days late, the player’s coach will be notified, and the player will be marked “ineligible” for practices and games.
3. Once a payment is 30 days late, the player will be removed from the roster until payments are brought up to date.
